The Makerss Rainbow Weekend Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully to ensure you get the most out of our Rainbow Weekend offers. By participating in the event, you agree to the following:

General Terms:

  1. Offer Duration:

    • All daily offers end at midnight on the specified day. Weekend-wide offers end at 11:59 PM on Monday, December 2nd, 2024.

    • All offers and free gifts are subject to stock availability. Once items are sold out, the promotion will no longer be available.

Free Gifts:

  1. Adding Free Gifts:

    • Free gifts (such as PDF needle-felting instructions or the Flock-exclusive 20g Merino Wool) must be added to your basket at checkout to qualify.
    • The website will automatically apply the discount to eligible gifts.

  2. Automated Emails:

    • Once your order is placed, free PDF needle-felting instructions will be sent via automated email. Ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Discount Codes:

  1. Submitting Codes:

    • For offers requiring a code, the code must be entered at checkout to apply the discount.
    • Discounts will not be retroactively applied if a code is not used.

  2. One Code Per Order:

    • Only one discount code may be used per transaction.

Competitions:

  1. Entry Conditions:

    • To qualify for competition entries, your order must be completed during the stated competition period:
      • Rainbow Weekend Competition (Friday - Sunday): Orders placed between 29th November - 1st Devember.
      • Monday Competition: Orders placed on 2nd December only.

  2. Multiple Entries:

    • Each order placed counts as one entry. The more orders you place, the more entries you receive.

  3. Winner Announcement:

    • Winners will be contacted via email within 2 days after the event. Winner must acknowledge and accept the item within 24 hours else forfeits right to win and another winner will be selected at random.  

Masterclasses and Lucky Dips:

  1. Masterclass Discounts:

    • Masterclass purchases during the event are non-refundable once booked.
    • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

  2. Lucky Dips:

    • Lucky Dip bundles are pre-packed and non-customisable. Contents cannot be exchanged.

Additional Information:

  1. Returns Policy:

    • Items purchased as part of a promotion or discount are eligible for returns under our standard policy. However, refunds will reflect the price paid, not the original RRP.

  2. Flock Subscriber Exclusives:

    • Free 20g Merino Wool is available exclusively for existing Flock subscribers and will not be offered retroactively.

  3. Changes to Offers:

    • The Makerss reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
