Cotton Gauze Tubing - perfect for use with all the dolls in our Making Soft Dolls book.

Available in 1 metre lengths of 2 sizes:

  • Width 1.0 cm - can be used for all the dolls in the doll house;
  • Width 3.5 cm - for use with all the dolls in the book except for the doll house figures.

 The 3.5 cm tubing stretches enough to make a doll's head of about 10 cm in diameter.

very good gauze

This is very good gauze. But I wish there was a two inch size available as I was making bigger dolls and this size head is for slightly smaller ones. There's nothing for it - I'll have to try making some smaller ones too!

Ideal

Who would think that gauze like this could be so useful in doll making. Great stuff and comes as a length to allow you to cut of just what you need for the project in mind. I have both the wide and narrow tubing to allow me to make different sized dolls heads.
