We are excited to be working with the Royal Voluntary Service Virtual Village Hall again giving a tutorial and demo there on 25th November at 11am. If you wish to make along please get your Little Gnome or Tomte kit now. The kit makes two adorable mini gnomes with curly beards and dressed in red. Great for decorations or gifts.
Suitable for beginners+ and children over 10 (or supervised crafty children 7+).
Skill Level: Easy beginner.
Size in cm: 8-10cm tall
Techniques used: basic shaping, adding features
This kit contains:
- 2 different types of wool
- Lush white natural curls
- Eco Wool Felting Mat (made from recycled wool and 100% compostable)
- Felting needles (#38 medium)
Note: There are no instructions included in the kit but you can make along during the Virtual Village Hall Facebook page or YouTube channel.

It supports people to better manage their health, including long-term health conditions. The VVH offers live activity sessions every weekday via Facebook, YouTube and the VVH website, with an extensive archive of more than 2,500 sessions to view on demand.

Easy to use eyes, make a hole, push the eye in, adding a bit of glue.

Brilliant little creation
For tiny toes, fingers, beaks, etc. The paper may peel off if worked too much, so am going to run over with a bit of PVA glue before using next time.
Perfect for skin tone on faces, hands and feet. It felts up very quickly.
The crowns are so cute and perfect for my mini knitted kings for the nativity or felted animals
