Join published author and tutor, Steffi Stern who has over 20 years of needle felting experience, in designing your own needle felted Flower Wreath. You will learn how to prepare a wire frame with wool to be decorated with your own made needle felted flowers of all kinds. Steffi who runs workshops all year round at national crafting events such as The Knitting and Stitching Shows in London and Harrogate, will guide you through different techniques of creating delicate flower petals using water soluble paper and/or felt sheets onto which you will be needle felting using vibrant and highest quality wool fibres. You will also be able to practise your 3d needle felting skills making roses or other flowers. All the tools, wools and other materials needed to make an 25-30cm Flower Wreath are included in the fee. You can decide on colours and style of flowers as Steffi will support your choices and creativity.
Enjoy refreshments and a light lunch which are also inclusive and meet other like minded creatives! The number of participants is limited to 12.
