Your Spaniel will measure 20cm in length.
Techniques: Making shapes from wool, attaching them, adding features and surface texture.
Tools: Felting needles #38 medium #40 fine, felting mat, wire cutters
Suitable for Felty Fledglings age 10+ and seasoned needle felters.
