The products were delayed as the post was slow due to Christmas and Covid issues, when I contacted the team they responded quickly and reassured me that the product had left. As well as this, a member of the team went out of their way to contact me after to check they'd made it in time, which they did.
The wood itself was just as advertised other than a few of the peices having the natural black spot in on it, the wood is exactly as the picture shows.
I will be using this company again for sure.
